At Hyde Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection isn't quite right, you can return full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred resolution.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached, and place them securely back in the original shipping box.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our boutique team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
